United States: Two women were killed, and three others were injured in a crash in northwest Minneapolis on the Monday morning. The accident which has happened when a vehicle traveling north on Emerson Avenue literally crashed into another vehicle going east on 26th Avenue. The second vehicle then went off the road which also hitting a bus shelter and injuring a 17-year-old boy waiting for the bus.
Police also state that one among the four women in the vehicle which was on 26th Avenue North was killed. The other female person in the car was extricated from the car by the firemen, and although she was taken to the hospital she died.
As reported by the Fox9 News, all the other occupants in the opposing vehicle – a man and woman – had possible fatal injuries and were also thereby transferred to the hospital. The 17-year-old boy was also rushed to the hospital with injuries that were not dangerous to his life.
What caused the crash?
The exact cause of the crash is like really not known but police confirmed that, the speed was probably the cause of the crash.
There was already a traffic light at the scene of the accident, but police did not reveal if one of the drivers disobeyed or taken for granted the traffic light.
The government has not revealed the names of the deceased, let alone their genders or ages. Police did not state whether there will be or have been apprehensions made.
